Processing Time

The exact processing time of each garment is variable depending on several factors (e.g. item design, fabrics and complexity). Designs which feature stitching, multiple materials, decorative embellishments, and intricate patterns may require additional time. Generally, the standard processing time is 4-6 weeks.

Shipping Time

It takes about 3-8 days to transport your package from our facilities to your place. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during the Checkout processes. There are two shipping methods:

Express Shipping – Delivery time is between 3-5 days to major destinations.

Standard Shipping – Delivery time is between 6-8 days to major destinations.

Turnaround Time

To sum up, generally it takes about 25 days to receive the package after placing the order. If you order with rush service (an extra $29.99), the total turnaround time will be shortened to 15-18 days.
