Return and Refund Policy
We hope every customer gets what they are expecting! Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any problems with our items, please do contact us first. We are always at your service.
Just in case you are not satisfied with our item(s), In order to avoid problems, please read our return policy below carefully.
1.Damaged Or Wrong Items
For damaged, or wrong items (the item shipped was not the item ordered), the issue must be reported within 3 days upon receiving shipment. Please provide credible pictures or videos, Once this has been verified, you can return the items with our authorization.
The returned dress should be in completely new, unworn, good condition (no dirt, no perfume, no lipstick no cigarette smell, no stain, no damage etc.) and it’s in original package. The return needs to be made in 3 Days upon the agreement of return.
2.Items That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned
We are sorry that a custom size dress could not be exchanged or returned.
For custom items, we will tailor-make them according to your requirement, fabric choices. Orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged free of charge during the production process. Design service fees, sketches, trial purchases, fabrics, clearance items,and shipping costs are not eligible for refunds and exchanges.
3.Return Procedure
Step 1: Please send us an email within 3 days upon receipt of your package. The returns without prior approval from our Customer Service are not acceptable.
Step 2: Please contact us for return address and a return form to fill in, and go to a local post office and ship out the item(s) within 7 days upon receiving the return approval. Please email us the tracking number of your returned parcel.
Step 3: We will process your refund as soon as your package is delivered and inspected at our facility. It takes 8-10 days for banks to process our refund request.
